Born and raised in Houston Texas, Andrea graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree before moving to Dallas and getting married. Eventually relocating to Las Vegas, by way of Illinois and Maryland, Andrea and her husband Bob discovered the Los Cabos area while on vacation in 1994. The beauty of the landscape and the peacefulness of the ocean continued to drive Andrea and Bob to the area year after year on vacation until 2004, when they made the decision to purchase a home in the San Jose Corridor and relocate, when Bob retired from corporate life.

After many years in the corporate sector in customer service/sales positions, Andrea is a customer service driven professional who truly believes in providing clients with outstanding and exceptional service. That’s the type of service you will receive when working with Andrea and Remax Los Cabos. Andrea is loving her life and enjoying living in the Baja, along with her husband Bob and 3 miniature dashounds.

Originally from the Garden State of New Jersey I attended school in Trenton before pursuing a career in the United States Air Force. I married soon after entering the military and my wife, Lucy and I raised 3 children as we traveled and explored the many wonders of the world. I believe this experience broadened our understanding of diverse cultures and provided an invaluable education for our family. After 30 years in the Air Force I began my second career in Real Estate.

Traveling to Mexico 12 years ago is when we first fell in love with her many wonders and when we visited Los Cabos in May 2002 we truly found our Paradise. Perfect climate, wonderful people and culture, unsurpassed natural beauty and absolutely the BEST fishing and golfing in the world, what’s not to love? Selling Real Estate here comes quite naturally to me as I’ve found it’s always easy and enjoyable to talk about something you love and believe in and I love and believe in Los Cabos. I believe this is truly a remarkable place to live, visit, recreate in and invest in.

I was born and grew up in Bulgaria. Moved to Los Cabos in 2004 and after being impressed from my first visit in 2003 where I was working in the movie Troy as a stunt man. I started as a Timeshare promoter. In this position I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience about the area, people and business. Los Cabos became my second home and I began to look for a new challenge within the company. Moving into sales was natural! Watching the fast growing of the area, I was 100% sure; Real Estate is my vision, purpose and future.
