I am from Half Moon Bay, California, where I owned and operated "West Coast Realty Gallery Of Homes, 1978 to 1994". I hold an active "California Real Estate Broker License" and a B1 General Contractor's License. Eight years ago I made the move to the Los Cabos area. One of my attractions was the fact that this is the fastest growing Resort destination in Mexico. Needless to say, I also felt it was an excellent area to invest in.
Born and raised in Houston Texas, Andrea graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree before moving to Dallas and getting married. Eventually relocating to Las Vegas, by way of Illinois and Maryland, Andrea and her husband Bob discovered the Los Cabos area while on vacation in 1994. The beauty of the landscape and the peacefulness of the ocean continued to drive Andrea and Bob to the area year after year on vacation until 2004, when they made the decision to purchase a home in the San Jose Corridor and relocate, when Bob retired from corporate life.
After many years in the corporate sector in customer service/sales positions, Andrea is a customer service driven professional who truly believes in providing clients with outstanding and exceptional service. Originally from the Garden State of New Jersey I attended school in Trenton before pursuing a career in the United States Air Force. I married soon after entering the military and my wife, Lucy and I raised 3 children as we traveled and explored the many wonders of the world. I believe this experience broadened our understanding of diverse cultures and provided an invaluable education for our family. After 30 years in the Air Force I began my second career in Real Estate.
Traveling to Mexico 12 years ago is when we first fell in love with her many wonders and when we visited Los Cabos in May 2002 we truly found our Paradise. Perfect climate, wonderful people and culture, unsurpassed natural beauty and absolutely the BEST fishing and golfing in the world, what’s not to love? Selling Real Estate here comes quite naturally to me as I’ve found it’s always easy and enjoyable to talk about something you love and believe in and I love and believe in Los Cabos. After living in San Diego California for seven years, I moved to San Jose Del Cabo, Baja. I have lived in Cabo for eight years now. The growing popularity, beauty, and comfort of Los Cabos is undeniable. I was born and grew up in Bulgaria. Moved to Los Cabos in 2004 and after being impressed from my first visit in 2003 where I was working in the movie Troy as a stunt man. I started as a Timeshare promoter. In this position I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience about the area, people and business. Los Cabos became my second home and I began to look for a new challenge within the company. Moving into sales was natural! Watching the fast growing of the area, I was 100% sure; Real Estate is my vision, purpose and future.

Robert was born on the Island of Java, Indonesia and then traveled to Europe for his education. After receiving a degree in building technology, it was time to start exploring the world. Immigration to Canada was the first move where he developed his love for construction and specialized in the technology of forming and extrusion of concrete. As a consultant in my specialty, it took me to many countries around the world especially to 3rd world and developing countries.
I have been married to my Canadian wife Sharon for 25 years; we have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren in Canada. Sharon had spent considerable time on the Baja in the early seventies and had always had a lasting memory that we renewed 17 years ago and just simply never left. The weather, culture, people and so many fantastic opportunities made it not possible for us to leave.We bought land, designed and build a B&B for Chef Sharon to show off her splendid cooking skills. In 2006 we sold the B&B and moved to Los Zacatitos on the East Cape. After the opening of the B&B in 1992 I started selling land for a prominent Mexican family, the largest land barons at that time and have been selling real estate ever since.
We truly enjoy living on the beach in Los Zacatitos; it has brought us even closer to the desert and water. We experience the unique beauty of Los Cabos through scuba diving and driving off road in one of our buggies. Investing in Los Cabos has allowed us this very unique life style and we love to share our experiences with new visitors to this area.
